We are a family-run contractor based in Taunton since 2009, serving 14 towns across Bristol and Plymouth counties, with a free written estimate, a written 1-year workmanship warranty and $2M in liability coverage on every job.
A renovation here runs in five steps: (1) tell us what you are renovating and we send a written estimate, usually within a week; (2) Glenn walks the space, measures, and prices labor and materials separately; (3) we pull the permits and schedule the crew; (4) one crew works the job start to finish with the owner on site; and (5) a final walk-through before the last payment, backed by a 1-year written warranty. Projects start at about $12,000 for a kitchen, $8,000 for a bathroom, $25,000 for a basement, $1,500 for painting and $45,000 for a whole home, with repairs from $300. The choice most homeowners weigh is this: a handyman is cheaper for a single small job but carries no warranty and pulls no permits; a large design-build firm brings a designer and a showroom at a markup you pay for; a family-run licensed contractor like this one sits between them, with one crew and the owner on site. How our pricing works.
Every service we offer has a published price range on its own page, so you know the ballpark before anyone visits. The number for your house comes from a free walk-through: Glenn measures the space, then writes an estimate that lists labor and materials as separate lines, usually within a week. Sales tax applies only to taxable materials, deposits and progress payments are spelled out in the contract, and any change to the scope is written up and signed before the extra work starts.

Every project gets a written one-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer warranties on materials. We come back at the 11-month mark to check anything settling-related, before the warranty runs out.

How a project runs
From the first call to the final walk-through.
Who you deal with
CW Services is two co-owners, not a call center. Glenn is the Construction Supervisor: he walks your house, prices the job himself, and runs the crew on site every project. Megan is the Office Administrator: she handles your scheduling, contract, permits paperwork, change orders and final invoice. You have their names and one phone number, (774) 623-9476, from the first call to the last day of the job.
The walk-through and the estimate
The walk-through is free. Glenn looks at the space, measures, and asks how you use the room today and what you want changed. The written estimate usually follows within a week and lists labor and materials as separate lines, so you can compare it with any other bid line by line instead of guessing what a single total includes.
Permits, schedule and payments
Once you sign, we pull the permits and schedule the inspections with your town’s building department. The contract sets out the payment schedule: a deposit at signing, progress payments at milestones you can see, and a hold-back due at handoff. If the scope changes, the change is written up and signed before the extra work starts, so the total never moves without your signature.
The same crew, start to finish
The crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it, with licensed electrical and plumbing partners brought in for that work. At the end, Glenn walks the finished work with you and puts anything that needs another pass on a punch list. The hold-back is due once that list is done, and every job carries a written one-year workmanship warranty.

Our shop is in Taunton, and we work across 14 towns in Bristol and Plymouth counties: Taunton, Brockton, Attleboro, Norton, Mansfield, Easton, Raynham, Middleborough, Bridgewater, Dighton, Berkley, Somerset, Rehoboth and Seekonk. Each town has its own page with the neighborhoods we cover and its building department details. If you are just outside the list, call and ask; we travel for the right job.
What we don’t take on
We work on existing homes and light commercial build-outs. We don’t build new homes from the foundation up, and for a leaky faucet or a single trim repair a handyman may be the better call; we will tell you so on the phone rather than send a crew for a job that doesn’t need one. Smaller jobs are still welcome: drywall patches, trim and door repair, hardware installs and leak fixes are all part of our home repair service.
