Glenn comes to the house himself, looks at the space, measures, and talks through what you want changed. He then prices labor and materials as separate lines and sends a written estimate, usually within a week. The walk-through is free and there is no obligation to sign.

No. We work on existing homes and light commercial build-outs: renovations, remodels, repairs, painting and flooring. For a new build from the foundation up, a new-home builder is the better fit, and we are happy to say so on the phone.

Glenn and the crew handle the carpentry, finish work and project management themselves. Licensed electrical and plumbing work goes to licensed partners we coordinate on your schedule, so you still have one point of contact for the whole job.

The scope of work, labor and materials as separate line items, sales tax on taxable materials only, and the payment schedule. It is the document you compare against other bids, and it becomes the basis of the contract.

If you add something or the walls reveal a problem, we write up the change with its price and you sign it before the extra work starts. The contract total never changes without your signature.

Glenn walks the finished work with you and lists anything that needs another pass on a punch list. The hold-back payment is due once that list is done, and the work is covered by our written one-year workmanship warranty.

For most single-room projects, yes. We set up dust walls and plastic sheeting around the work zone and clean up at the end of every day. For a whole-home renovation, whether it makes sense to stay depends on which rooms are out of service, and Glenn will walk through that with you before the schedule is set.

Call as soon as you know what you want done, even if you are not ready to start. The walk-through and estimate are free, and having the written number early gives you time to plan financing, choose finishes and line up the schedule that suits your household.

Yes. Much of the housing across Bristol and Plymouth counties is older, and we plan for it. For work that disturbs paint in a home built before 1978, the EPA requires lead-safe work practices, and plaster walls, older wiring and past renovations are things we plan for at the estimate instead of discovering them halfway through.

A sense of what bothers you about the space today, any photos of finishes or layouts you like, and a rough idea of when you would want the work done. You do not need drawings or a budget worked out; Glenn will ask the questions that shape the estimate.

A typical full kitchen runs 4-8 weeks from demo to handoff. Cabinet-only refreshes are usually 5-10 days. We give you a written schedule before we start and update it weekly.

We set up a temporary kitchen, usually fridge, microwave, and a sink in the basement or dining room, so meals stay manageable. Most families don't eat takeout for the whole project.
