Skilled crew, good people, real work.
We’re not the cheapest contractor in Southeast Massachusetts and we don’t want to hire the cheapest crew. If you take pride in the cut you make, the line you set, and the punch list you finish, we want to meet you. CW Services is a family-run company based in Taunton since 2009, and Glenn runs the crew on site every project.
We hire when the right person shows up.
We don’t post jobs to fill a quota. If you are a carpenter, finish carpenter, or someone early in the trade who wants to learn finish work from people who care about it, send Glenn a short note: what you have built, how long you have been on the tools, and what kind of work you want to be doing. He reads every email, and when there is a fit he will call you to talk it through.
What we look for is simple: people who do the prep nobody sees, leave a clean site at the end of every day, talk to homeowners with respect, and would rather fix a mistake now than hide it behind trim. Skills can be taught on the job. That attitude is what we hire for.
